  • To the maximum extent permitted by law Regus is not liable to the Vendor in respect of any loss or damage the Vendor suffers in relation to this Agreement unless Regus has acted deliberately or negligently in causing that loss or damage.

  • Neither Regus nor the Vendor must disclose them without the other’s consent unless required to do so by law or an official authority.
