Regulatory Visit means any inspection, whether formal or informal of the • Company by the Tenant Services Authority, Audit Commission or other person or body nominated by the Tenant Services Authority or Audit Commission; "Registered Housing Provider" shallmean a bodyregisteredpursuantto Section 80 of the Housingand RegenerationAct 2008; • "Tenant Services Authority" shallmeana bodycorporateunderSection 81 of the Housingand RegenerationAct 2008 as the Officefor Tenantsand Social Landlords and shallincludeany statutorysuccessorbodythereto; "Tenant Services Authority" shallmean the requirementsmade from time to time • by the Tenant Services Authority (or any successor body) for the Regulation and monitoring of the Financial and Management Performance of Registered Housing Providers.
