Regulatory Orders has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(i)(i).
Regulatory Orders has the meaning assigned in Section 5.03(j).

Examples of Regulatory Orders in a sentence

  • Except for any Regulatory Orders, or as set forth in Schedule 5.14, Seller is not subject to any outstanding Orders that would reasonably be expected to apply to the Purchased Assets or the Business following Closing.

  • Regulatory Order means an Order issued by an Applicable Commission or FERC that affects or governs the rates, services, or other utility operations of the Business.
