Regulatory Modification definition

Regulatory Modification has the meaning specified in Section 9.5 hereof.
Regulatory Modification has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Regulatory Modification means any Modification which is required by PJM or is required as part of a plan approved by PJM, or other FERC-authorized planning authority or is otherwise needed to satisfy Regulatory Requirements. The term “plan” as used herein shall mean a formal plan that is approved by PJM, or some other applicable governing body.

Examples of Regulatory Modification in a sentence

  • If any Regulatory Modification has a Regulatory Modification Retroactive Effective Date and any Lender demands compensation within 180 days after the date setting the Regulatory Modification Retroactive Effective Date (the "Regulatory Modification Set Date"), such Lender shall have the right to receive such Additional Costs from the Regulatory Modification Retroactive Effective Date.

  • Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.
