Regulatory Interpretation. BizTel shall have the right to determine: (i) regulatory compliance of its 38 GHz operations; (ii) its obligations as an FCC licensee or a state-certified common carrier; or (iii) the applicability of any FCC rules or policies, or state telecommunications laws and regulations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither ART nor its employees, agents, affiliates, or subcontractors shall knowingly fail to comply with applicable regulatory obligations.
