Regulated Units definition

Regulated Units means the 70% AMI Units and the 130% AMI Units designated by the Owner and leased pursuant to Section 4 of this Declaration.
Regulated Units means: (a) the seven (7) rental dwelling units constructed for the Project for residents whose household income is at or below 30% of the Area Median Income and having the following composition: one (1) one-bedroom units, four (4) two- bedroom units, and two (2) three-bedroom units; (b) the twenty-two (22) rental dwelling units constructed for the Project for residents whose household income is at or below 45% of the Area Median Income and having the following composition: six (6) one-bedroom units, eleven (11) two- bedroom units, and five (5) three-bedroom units; (c) the seventeen (17) rental dwelling units constructed for the Project for residents whose household income is at or below 50% of the Area Median Income and having the following composition: four (4) one-bedroom units, eight (8) two- bedroom units, and five (5) three-bedroom units; and (d) the three (3) rental dwelling units constructed for the Project for residents whose household income is at or below 60% of the Area Median Income and having the following composition: one (1) one-bedroom unit, one (1) two- bedroom unit, and one (1) three-bedroom unit.
Regulated Units means hazardous waste land disposal sites or facilities, or portions of existing hazardous waste land disposal sites or facilities that continued to receive waste after January 26, 1983.

Examples of Regulated Units in a sentence

  • The Participant may elect to provide a capitalized operating subsidy reserve (the “COSR”) funded with Program Funds to subsidize the rents of some or all of the Regulated Units (the “COSR-Assisted Units”) by approving a maximum COSR as part of the Application.

  • A Regulatory Agreement will be recorded and will restrict the Development and the Regulated Units.

  • Leave the COSR line blank if no COSR is provided or required to subsidize the rents of the SNHP Regulated Units.

  • Advising CalHFA of changes, or proposed changes, to: (a) Eligible Client populations; (b) the number of Regulated Units, and use or occupancy restrictions, (c) the number of COSR-Assisted Units, (d) the Regulated Unit rents, (e) the Loan documents, such as related to a default or potential default under the Loan documents; and (e) other changes to a Development.

  • CalHFA will underwrite each Development Proposal and recommend to Participant the maximum Loan and minimum COSR’s needed to subsidize all or a portion of the Regulated Units for a minimum of 17 years.

  • In subsequent Relevant Years dt, et and ft shall be calculated according to the formulae in paragraph 5 below; MTSDDt means the Maximum Transmission System Demand in the Dhofar Power System in Relevant Year t Metered at exit points from the Transmission System; and RUTDt means the aggregate of Regulated Units Transmitted across the Dhofar Power System in Relevant Year t Metered at exit points from the Transmission System.

  • The Board has approved the “Draft Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger of Semi Regulated Units (Unit - I, IV & V) along with other Assets to transfer the same to SMS Lifesciences India Limited (Resulting Company), with an object to reduce the impact of Semi Regulated Units on Regulated Units, achieving operational efficiencies, site synergies and streamlining its current structure.


More Definitions of Regulated Units

Regulated Units means the 50% AMI Units, 90% AMI Units and 130% AMI Units designated by the Owner and leased pursuant to Section 6 of this Declaration.
Regulated Units means, those units which are certified by the authorities of highly regulated markets of United States of America, Europe & Australia and have high entry barriers in terms of intellectual property rights and requirements/ compliances for Regulated Units, including obtaining facility approvals etc.
Regulated Units means (a) the one hundred (102) of the two hundred three(203)rental dwelling units constructed for the Project for residents at or below 50% Area Median Income and having the following composition: thirty (30) one-bedroom units, forty-two (42) two- bedroom units and thirty (30) three-bedroom units, (b) one hundred one (101) of the two hundred three (203) rental dwelling units constructed for the Project for residents at or below 60% Area Median Income and having the following composition: thirty (30) one-bedroom units, forty-one (41) two- bedroom units, and thirty (30) three-bedroom units.
Regulated Units means (a) the thirty-five (35) rental dwelling units constructed for the Project for residents earning at or below 50% of the Area Median Income and having the following composition: fourteen (14) one-bedroom units and nine (9) two- bedroom units; and(b) the forty-five (45) rental dwelling units constructed for the Project for residents earning at orbelow 60% of the Area Median Income and having the following composition: thirty-one (31) one-bedroom units and fourteen (14) two-bedroom units.

Related to Regulated Units

  • Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.

  • Covered Units means: (i) during the period of the Employee’s employment with the Corporation, each business unit of the Corporation; and (ii) following the Employment Termination Date, each business unit of the Corporation in or for which the Employee was employed or to which the Employee provided services or about which the Employee obtained or had access to Confidential Information, in each case of this clause (ii) at any time within the twenty-four (24)-month period prior to the Employment Termination Date. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if the Employee is or was employed at a segment level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of such segment; and if the Employee is or was employed at the corporate/headquarters level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of the Corporation.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Tendered Units shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.A.

  • Restricted Units means that number of restricted units listed in the Award Letter as “Awards Granted.”

Public units additionally include, but are not limited to:

  • General Partner Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Vested Units means those Units listed as vested Units in the books and records of the Partnership, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Unvested Units means those Units listed as unvested Units in the books and records of the Partnership, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Incentive Units means those Partnership Interests described in Section 2 of the Incentive Unit Agreement.

  • Offered Units has the meaning set forth in Section 9.03(a)(i).

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Class B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(ii).

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Class D Units has the meaning ascribed to such term in the LLC Agreement.

  • Related Futures or Options Exchange for the Index means an exchange or quotation system where trading has a material effect (as determined by the Calculation Agent) on the overall market for futures or options contracts relating to the Index.

  • Emissions unit means any part or activity of a stationary source that emits or has the potential to emit any regulated air pollutant or any pollutant listed under Section 7412(b) of the FCAA. This term is not meant to alter or affect the definition of the term "unit" for purposes of Title IV of the FCAA.

  • Company Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Restricted Unit means a Unit granted under the Plan that is subject to a Restricted Period.

  • LLC Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

  • OP Units means units of limited partnership interest in the Operating Partnership.
