regulated industry definition

regulated industry means the industry specified in section 49(a).
regulated industry means an industry that is declared to be a regulated industry for the purposes of this Act by another Act;

More Definitions of regulated industry

regulated industry means the industry declared under section 15(1)(a);
regulated industry has the same meaning as in the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission Act 2002;
regulated industry means companies subject to specialized government regulation including, but not limited to pharmaceuticals, tobacco and tobacco-related products, alcoholic beverage, dietary supplements, financial services, and medical devices.
