Regulated Change definition

Regulated Change means Network Change and/or Station Change to the extent that each is required in connection with the Project;
Regulated Change means Network Change and / or Station Change to the extent that each is required in connection with the Project;

Examples of Regulated Change in a sentence

  • Where a Regulated Change, that Network Rail is undertaking, has not been agreed before the Commencement Date, then the Parties shall agree and set out the Regulated Change estimate within 20 Working Days (or such other period as may be agreed in writing) of agreement of the Regulated Change up to the limit set out in paragraph 5(a) of Schedule 2.

  • Where a Regulated Change, that Network Rail is undertaking, has not been agreed before the Commencement Date, then following agreement of that Regulated Change and prior to the Works Commencement Date the Parties shall meet and agree an estimate of costs up to the Completion Date for the Regulated Change.

  • Where a Regulated Change that Network Rail is undertaking, has not been agreed before the Commencement Date, then following agreement of that Regulated Change and prior to the Works the Parties shall meet and agree an estimate of costs for the Regulated Change up to the Completion Date.

  • The estimated Regulated Change costs shall be listed in paragraph 5.4 of Schedule 3.

  • Where Network Rail is not undertaking Regulated Change on behalf of the Customer, the Customer will be liable for all costs in undertaking it and this paragraph 5(a) will not apply.
