Regular Reports definition

Regular Reports means collectively all the reports presented by the Borrower as referred to under Section I.A.4 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and as further detailed in the Operational Manual and the additional instructions referred to in Section IV.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Examples of Regular Reports in a sentence

  • The Operator shall allow the Authority all reasonable access to its records in order to verify the accuracy of the Project Accounts and/or Regular Reports, and the Operator is otherwise subject to the audit requirements set out in this Agreement.
