Regular production means that
Regular production means any production of hydrocarbons undertaken on an exploitation concession equiped with production infrastructure comprising in particular gas pipes, processing and storage facilities, and delivered by the holder or the co-holder of the exploitation concession to a third party in a commercial sales transaction .
