Regular Periodic Assessment definition
Regular Periodic Assessment means a share of the funds required for the payment of Common Expenses that from time to time is assessed by the Association against an Owner; however, the Regular Periodic Assessments may be adjusted from time to time by the amendment procedures for Regular Periodic Assessments set forth in this Declaration.
