Regular Interest LT1M2. One of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownersh▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇n the Group 5 Lower-Tier REMIC issued hereunder and designated as a Regular Interest in the Group 5 Lower-Tier REMIC. Regular Interest LT1M2 shall accrue interest at the applicable Group 5 Lower-Tier Rate and shall be entitled to distributions of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Principal Balance as set forth in the definition of Uncertificated Group 5 Lower-Tier Interest.
