Examples of Regular Hire Date in a sentence

  • If the Classification Hire Date is equal, the employee’s Regular Hire Date seniority will be used, which is the hire date as a regular employee in the District.

  • If the Regular Hire Date is equal, the tie will be broken by a seniority draw held in District Human Resources with the Union present.

  • Seniority, for purposes of layoff, shall be determined by the most recent Regular Hire Date or as otherwise provided in the applicable MOU.
