REGULAR DAYS OFF definition

REGULAR DAYS OFF. Days off shall be consecutive, however, they may not be within the basic workweek. REGULAR DAY-SHIFT EMPLOYEES: Regular day shift employees are those employees who are assigned to shifts, which are established on a Monday through Friday schedule and work a shift, which begins between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:59 am. When mutually agreed to by the Union and Company, the day shift starting time may be scheduled as early as 6:00 am to take advantage of daylight hours.
