If a support worker’s Regular Clients change and replacement work is not available, Access Community Health will take all reasonable steps to find replacement work for the support worker before proposing any reduction to the support worker’s guaranteed hours.
Licensee shall not publish, divulge, disclose, display, or otherwise make available any such information and materials to any Person, and shall not otherwise appropriate such information or materials to its own use or to the use of any other Person, except that Licensee may, in strict compliance with this Agreement, disclose the LEAP ND Materials to its Regular Clients in the course of providing insurance and financial services for such Regular Clients.
