Registry Software definition

Registry Software means all computer programming code created, written and developed for or in anticipation of the Registry Services in any form. If not otherwise specified, the Registry Software shall include object code and source code. The Registry Software shall include any Maintenance Modifications created by Registry from time to time, and shall include Enhancements thereto when added to the Registry Software.
Registry Software means the software used by the Registry, including any database software that is necessary to compile and run the Registry from the source code. Registry WHOIS Data means the data of the Designated 2LDs which are made available to the public through a WHOIS Service provided by the Registry Operator. Related Entity has the same meaning as in the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth).
Registry Software means Software (other than off-the-shelf office, word processing, email, accounting or presentation Software) used or required in connection with the ongoing operation of one or more of the Registries, or the delivery of the Included Services;

  • Verra and the Verra Registry Software Provider are not responsible for the acts or omissions of parties who aggregate, input, verify or certify data for the Verra Registry or from whom data is obtained for inclusion in the Verra Registry, nor is Verra or the Verra Registry Software Provider responsible for any obligation of any User to provide or deliver a product or service or to pay any User for a product or service.

  • The User acknowledges that Verra will relay Confidential Information to the Registry Software Provider for the purpose of maintaining the Verra Registry and consents to and authorizes data sharing between Verra and the Registry Software Provider.

  • Neither Verra nor the Verra Registry Software Provider assumes any responsibility for, and neither shall be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, the User's equipment or other property on its Verra Registry Account and Program Sub-Accounts or Omnibus Account and Business Sub-Accounts, or the User's access to and use of the Verra Registry.

  • In no event shall Verra or the Verra Registry Software Provider be liable for any: (a) consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or indirect damages; (b) economic or commercial loss; or (c) any loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, personal injuries, or property damages, sustained by the User or any third parties.

  • Prior to completion of the review process, the Registry Software must be operational.

  • Neither Verra nor the Registry Software Provider makes any representations, or warranties, express or implied, with respect to these Terms of Use, the procedures set out by Verra or compliance with the relevant Verra Program Rules and Requirements, or the adequacy or performance of the Verra Registry.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Company Proprietary Software means all Software owned by the Company.
