Licensee specifically understands it is expressly prohibited from directly or indirectly accepting any VOMI Virtual Organization Academy Program registration fees, whatsoever, from any current or prospective student and that Licensee must refer all such prospective applicants and students to the Program Registration Platform or VOMI Website or Academy Website or Partner Site or alternate VOMI platform designated by VOMI for such registration.
