The Registration Order shall direct Counsel, Pro Se Plaintiffs and Unrepresented Claimants to use a standard template without deviating from its format for the accurate and efficient transfer of the required information about each claimant and claim to the Claims Processor and the Parties.
Counsel shall register such Claims by filing and serving in accordance with the Registration Order a Registration Affidavit no later than January 15, 2008 covering each Plaintiff and Tolling Claimant (as such terms are defined in the Registration Order) asserting such Claims.
Registration Affidavits shall be in the form set forth in Exhibit 1.1. Counsel shall be required to update, within 30 (thirty) days of any change thereto, the information provided by them in their Registration Affidavit and simultaneously serve a copy of any such update in accordance with the Registration Order.
Further, at this stage, the technology adopted as per Annexure A of RfS or in accordance with MNRE’s Approved List of Models and Manufacturers of Solar PV Modules (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2019 as amended from time to time, whichever is applicable shall also be substantiated by submitting the copy of EPC Contract specifying this requirement or other documents.
The additional Supplemental Registration Order also shall apply to Pro Se Plaintiffs and Unrepresented Claimants with Unfiled Claims Relating to the Affected Products.
Information from such registration database shall be made available to the MCL Court, the MDL Court, any Other Courts that have entered a Supplemental Registration Order, HOC, and the SOC.

The modules used in the Project shall be sourced only from the models and manufacturers included in the List-I under the “Approved Models and Manufacturers of Solar Photovoltaic Modules (Requirement of Compulsory Registration) Order, 2019-Implementation-Reg.” as published by MNRE, and valid as on the date of invoicing of such modules.
