Registration Key definition

Registration Key means the Software registration key provided to client prior to installation of the Software. "Software Support and Upgrades Fees" is defined in the Support Terms. "Software Support and Upgrades Services" is defined in the Support Terms.

Examples of Registration Key in a sentence

  • Upon approval of a Purchase Order and receipt of the corresponding Reseller Fee by Krengeltech, Krengeltech shall issue a Registration Key to Reseller.

  • The purchase price entitles you to a single Registration Key for the software.

  • Even though Licensee doesn’t get the Registration Key designated by i-PRO, Licensee may use the Software as demonstration version during 90 days from the first day of running the Software (including the day of running) after installation.

  • Reseller shall have the sole and exclusive right to re-issue such Registration Key to Customer upon payment of the User Fee to Reseller by such Customer.
