Registrant Status. The Subscriber either [check appropriate box]: is a “Registrant”, as such term is defined in the Securities Act (British Columbia); or is not a Registrant. The Subscriber is not an individual and either [check appropriate box]: has completed and returned with this Subscription Agreement a duly executed Corporate Placee Registration Form (Schedule “D” to this Subscription Agreement).
