Registered Software definition

Registered Software means a specific Object Pack instance of the Licensed Software on a specific Eligible Computer System, or LAN/USER Group, described in a registration file for which Registration has been completed, which displays a specific End User's company name and address, on a copyright and registration screen that displays upon initial accessing of the Licensed Software, or as otherwise implemented by Macola for the Application Hosting Environment.
Registered Software means a specific Package on a specific computer system, which displays a specific Site License Number, on a copyright, and registration screen that can be displayed upon accessing the licensed software.
Registered Software is that Software for which SoftTweak Inc. has supplied Registration Details to the user of the Unregistered Software.

  • You may purchase from COGMCI Software or an authorized distributor or reseller additional licenses to permit multiple Named Users to use the Registered Software Product (each, a "Named User License").

  • The Registered Software Product may be used exclusively by the specifically designated Named Users, subject to all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, COGMCI Software grants to you, if you are an individual, or, if you are an entity, one (1) designated person in your organization ("Named User") a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable and limited license to use the Registered Software Product solely for your own internal purposes.
