Registered Partner means the partner with whom the victim has entered into a registered partnership, on the basis of the legislation of a Member State;

  • Registered Partner acknowledges and accepts that each Authorized Source is an independent party who is not empowered to act on behalf of Cisco or bind or represent Cisco in any manner.

  • Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, neither Cisco nor Registered Partner will issue press releases or make other public announcements that identify Registered Partner as an authorized or registered Cisco Channel Partner without the express written consent of the other party.
