Registered Merchant definition

Registered Merchant means Merchants registered by NSFAS in terms of this Agreement and which Merchants participate in the sBux Services as contemplated in the sBux Terms and Conditions;
Registered Merchant means a physical or legal person authorised by the Commissioner to dispatch and, or receive goods subject to excise duty as mentioned in Schedule Five A, Five B, Five C, Five D, Five E, Five F, Five G and Five H;
Registered Merchant means any business entity /organization having separate legal existence and identity which is registered as per companies act or similar legislation of Nepal, selling products or rendering services that are not prohibited under any applicable law of Nepal and willing to accept payments for sales through iCash after undergoing merchant registration process as specified. “Customer“, means a person or organization who applies to, or registers to use, or use the service to make Payment transactions using iCash. “Products“, means any merchandise, goods or services that are listed for sale for customers.

Examples of Registered Merchant in a sentence

  • In this case, the Registered Merchant Information will be used for review of registration or enrollment applications for elimination of fraudulent transactions and protection of consumers, management after registration or enrollment, disclosure, revision, and suspension of use to preserve the accuracy of Merchant Information, etc.

  • Reseller acknowledges that each Registered Merchant will be responsible for developing and maintaining a relationship with a Financial Institution to provide payment authorization services for Transactions.

  • In this case, members will use Registered Merchant Information for the purposes of reviewing registration applications and merchant applications, management and other transactional determinations following registration or enrollment, performance of merchant investigation obligations, and reviews concerning continuation of transactions.
