Registered Lead definition

Registered Lead means (i) for Direct Sales, a Lead submitted by Referral Partner to a lead registration webpage designated by LogMeIn and, (ii) for Online Sales, a Lead originating from a link to a LogMeIn website that contains a Referral Partner channel tag embedded for tracking. LogMeIn shall have sole discretion to review and validate all Registered Leads.
Registered Lead means an organization interested in purchasing Resale Solutions that the Company has identified to Zix and Zix has approved for registration. “Lead Registration Data” means data elements listed in Exhibit B that is required for submission of a lead. Zix may amend the Lead Registration Data elements from time to time or require other forms or documents in addition to the Lead Registration Data.
Registered Lead. Refers to potential Customers identified by Partner, which has not yet been serviced by other Partners. St. ▇▇▇▇▇ shall “fence-up” the Registered Lead in order that Partner may develop the opportunity to turn them into Customers.

Examples of Registered Lead in a sentence

  • If the Company does not demonstrate the same to Zix in Zix’s reasonable discretion, then the Registered Lead in question shall cease to be a Registered Lead for purposes of this Agreement and may be reassigned.

  • In order to qualify under this Agreement, any Registered Lead must originate: (i) for Direct Sales, from the specific LogMeIn Lead registration Web page, and/or, (ii) for Online Sales, from a link to the applicable LogMeIn Web page embedded with a Referral Partner channel tag for tracking purposes.

  • In order for a Contact to become a Registered Lead, Responsis must accept the Contact.

  • If another Zix reseller requests the same Registered Lead, the Company shall have 2 weeks, from the date of notification from Zix, to demonstrate to Zix that they are currently and significantly active with the Registered Lead in question.

  • This form will ask for all required fields for the Contact as described in the definition of a Registered Lead.

  • A Registered Lead shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of registration.

  • If there is no time period indicated at the time of submission, then the Registered Lead shall expire four months from the date the Registered Lead was accepted.

  • Following the expiration of such time period, the lead in question shall cease to be a Registered Lead for purposes of this Agreement, unless the parties otherwise mutually agree in writing.

  • The Company will offer its Services to the Registered Lead in order to capture the business opportunity.

  • A Lead will not qualify as a Registered Lead if such Lead (a) is an existing account of AccuKnox (or any AccuKnox partner) as of the date the Lead Generation Form was submitted, (b) is an OEM or distributor of AccuKnox’s, or (c) has been previously contacted by AccuKnox, either directly or indirectly through a related person (such as a sales representative), company or a partner of AccuKnox, the purpose of which contact was to market any of the Products and Services to such Lead.


More Definitions of Registered Lead

Registered Lead means and refer to an entity as to which all of the following shall be true: (a) such entity has not at any time (either before or after the date of the Agreement) been a customer of N2NET, (b) such entity is not a person with which N2NET has at any time (either before or after the date of the Agreement) discussed the possibility of such entity’s obtaining services from N2NET, and (c) such entity has been submitted by the Agent to N2NET.
Registered Lead means a sales lead that has been entered into the Digitate Partner Portal by a Registered Partner and is in ‘Pending’ status.
Registered Lead or “Lead”: Is defined as a business opportunity that you the Partner have 1) submitted via the Lead Registration Form or 2) that was automatically generated by someone filling out a form on any of the pages on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ through your Unique Referral Link, that we have accepted by written confirmation to you based on the lead’s availability. The lead’s availability is dependent on whether the lead in question is already registered to tribetactics, or to another tribetactics Partner.
