Registered Devices definition

Registered Devices means Apple-branded hardware units owned or controlled by You, or owned by individuals who are affiliated with You, where such Products have been specifically registered with Apple under this Program.
Registered Devices means each device registered to receive the Service and/or Additional Services provided; if a single device has multiple MAC Addresses (for example, if a device has a different MAC for a wired and wireless connection), each such MAC Address shall count as a Registered Device and count towards any limit on devices set out in this Agreement;
Registered Devices means iOS Products owned or controlled by You, or owned by individuals who are affiliated with You, that You have specifically registered with Apple under this Program.

Examples of Registered Devices in a sentence

  • By distributing Your Application in this manner on Registered Devices, You represent and warrant to Apple that Your Application complies with the Documentation and Programme Requirements then in effect and You agree to cooperate with Apple and to answer questions and provide information about Your Application, as reasonably requested by Apple.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You may also distribute Your Applications for iOS, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS and visionOS to individuals within Your company, organisation, educational institution, group or who are otherwise affiliated with You for use on a limited number of Registered Devices (as specified in the Programme web portal), if Your Application has been digitally signed using Your Apple Certificate as described in this Agreement.

  • Apple shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, damages, losses (including, without limitation, lost business opportunities or lost profits) or other liabilities You may incur as a result of distributing Your Applications in this manner, or for Your failure to adequately manage, limit or otherwise control the access to and use of Your Applications and Registered Devices.

  • You also agree to be solely responsible for determining which individuals within Your company, organisation, educational institution or affiliated group should have access to and use of Your Applications and Registered Devices, and for managing such Registered Devices.

  • All Applications must be signed with an Apple Certificate in order to be installed on Authorised Test Units, Registered Devices or submitted to Apple for distribution via the App Store, Custom App Distribution or TestFlight.


More Definitions of Registered Devices

Registered Devices means biometric devices that are registered with the Authority;
Registered Devices means the MAC Address of a network interface on a Compatible Device in the name of the Customer registered (in a manner as ASK4 shall from time to time determine) to receive the Service and/or an Additional Service. For the avoidance of doubt if multiple MAC Addresses are associated with a single device (for example both the wired and wireless interface MAC Addresses) are registered by the Customer then each such MAC Address shall count as a Registered Device and count toward any limit on the number of Registered Devices that may be connected to the Service and/or Additional Services set out in this Agreement
