Registered Card definition

Registered Card means any payment card (including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) that RN accepts according to its then-effective terms and conditions (which could include debit cards when used in signature-based transactions) in good standing registered by a Mileage Plus Member, directly or on their behalf by an affinity card issuer pursuant to a valid agreement between MPH and its issuer, for use in the Program which card was not previously or becomes in the future registered with RN for use in a different Rewards Program.
Registered Card means a virtual version of a Card that has been registered in the Suretap Wallet on an Enabled Device.
Registered Card means a card that a cardholder has successfully linked to the cardholder’s Account through the completion of the registration process under these Terms.

  • Make Transfers, and Pre-authorized Payments In Case of Errors or Questions About Your Registered Card.

  • Neither the Issuer, the Program Manger nor the Plan Sponsor are responsible for the delivery, quality, safety, legality or any other aspects of goods or services that you purchase from others with a Card or Registered Card.

  • If you are entitled to a refund for any reason for goods or services obtained with the Card or Registered Card, you agree to accept credits to the Card or Registered Card for such refunds and agree to the refund policy of that merchant.

  • We may cancel or suspend the Card or Registered Card or this Agreement at any time.

  • At our discretion, we may allow a load payment in excess of the limits disclosed below, including the maximum value limit, to post to the Registered Card Account.

  • The maximum value of the Registered Card is restricted to $10,000.00.

  • You may cancel this Agreement by returning the Card or Registered Card to us.

  • If you have a Registered Card and need a replacement Card for any reason other than the Card’s expiration, you may request one at any time, however there is a Replacement Card fee.

  • You must either use all value on the Card or Registered Card or transfer unused value to another Card or Registered Card prior to the expiration date on the Card.

  • Each Seller shall originate the Receivables under ----------- the Registered Card Program and Private Label Program in an evenhanded manner, with no one program being favored over the other.
