Register of Pledges means the Smart Contract adopted by the Company to automatically book and maintain the public record of Pledges. Any creation, transfer, alteration or revocation of any Deed of Pledge can only be effective and legally binding to the Company and Members upon its entry into Register of Pledges.

Register of Pledges means the register of pledges maintained by the Hungarian National Chamber of Notaries Public, as provided for by the Government Decree.

  • Pledgee is hereby exclusively authorized to cause the registration of these pledges and prohibitions in the Register of Pledges Without Conveyance and in the relevant Register Book of Shareholders, consequently the Pledgor hereby waives fulfillment of such formalities.
