Regionals means collectively Pacific and New England.

  • All information concerning Texas Regional or its subsidiaries, or for which it is responsible, that is included in documents that Texas Regional is responsible for filing with the SEC, Nasdaq or any other regulatory authority in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby will, to the best of Texas Regional's knowledge, comply in all material respects with the provisions of applicable law and any rules and regulations thereunder.
