Examples of Regional Terms in a sentence
Subject to any specific requirements in these Regional Terms, Customer consents to 8x8’s or its Affiliate’s disclosure of details of its and its Agents’ numbers to organizations that wish to compile directories or directory enquiry services.
Capitalized terms used and not defined in these Regional Terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the 8x8 UCaaS/CCaaS Service Terms into which they are incorporated (the “Terms”).
In the event of any conflict between the data protection terms in any Regional Terms and this Clause 8, unless specified otherwise this Clause 8 will prevail.
If there is any conflict or ambiguity between any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and subsequent Regional Terms Schedules, such conflict shall be resolved in accordance with the following order of precedence: Regional Terms Schedules and then these General Terms and Conditions.
Regional Terms Schedules: as applicable, terms and conditions specific to certain regions and/or countries attached to this Contract.
Capitalized terms used and not defined in these Regional Terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the 8x8 Virtual Office and Virtual Contact Center Service Terms into which they are incorporated (the “Terms”).
These 8x8 UCaaS/CCaaS Regional Terms (these “Regional Terms”) apply only to Ordered Products provided to a Customer location identified by a physical address in the Agreement (a “Customer Location”) in the US or Canada, or Australia.
However, if a provision of these Regional Terms expressly references another country or region, that provision shall apply only to Ordered Products provided to a Customer Location in such country or region.
All provisions of Section B (Numbers and Porting) of the Regional Terms shall apply to Ordered SaaS Services within the scope of this Supplement other than provisions expressly applicable to the US and/or Canada.
Capitalized terms not defined in the Regional Terms are as defined elsewhere in the Terms.
