Regional Supervisor definition

Regional Supervisor means the re- gional supervisor of the Grain Inspec- tion, Packers and Stockyards Adminis- tration (Packers and Stockyards Pro- grams) for a given area or any person authorized to act for the regional su- pervisor.

UNIT OPERATING AGREEMENT means an agreement made between the working- interest owners and the Unit Operator providing for the apportionment of costs and liabilities incurred in conducting operations pursuant to this Agreement and the establishment of such other rights and obligations as they deem appropriate. UNIT OPERATOR means the person, association, partnership, corporation, or other business entity designated by the working-interest owners and approved by the Regional Supervisor to conduct unit operations within the unit area in accordance with a plan of operation approved pursuant to the Act, applicable regulations, and this Agreement. UNITIZED SUBSTANCES means oil and/or gas within the reservoir(s) that underlie the unitized lands and which are recovered or produced by operations pursuant to this Agreement.
