Regional Rate definition

Regional Rate means the highest of the ceiling rates for hourly non-firm transmission service posted on the respective OASIS of the RTPs who would provide Regional Transmission Service, for service under their OATTs at the time of the Regional Transaction. The Regional Rate is not a discounted rate subject to Schedule 8 of the Commission's pro forma open access transmission tariff and shall not be subject to discount.

Examples of Regional Rate in a sentence

  • Following the end of such ninety (90)-day period, Purchaser shall have the right to file a complaint with FERC seeking an order requiring such Regional Rate treatment.

  • PJM Regional Rate Design shall mean a Rate Design that applies, in accordance with its terms, to all PJM Zones in the PJM Region.

  • RDI srl laboratory is able to provide all the clinical analyses expected by the Regional Rate Nomenclature for Public and Private Health Structures, Polyclinic, Health Care Facilities and Occupational Medicine which require them.

  • The Organization offers all the clinical analysis services listed in the Regional Rate Nomenclature to the customers belonging to the Laboratory Network or for the custo- mers requiring Laboratory Services.

  • If the WestConnect Deal Wizard indicates that a proposed Regional Transaction is more expensive at the Regional Rate than it would be under the combined OATT rates of the RTPs that would provide the requested Regional Transmission Service – i.e., if the WestConnect Regional Transmission Service software shows a negative amount – each segment of the requested transmission path will be processed as a transmission service request under the relevant RTP’s individual OATT.

  • additional rate means the additional rate levied by the City of Cape Town on rateable properties within the designated boundaries of the Special Rating Area for purposes of raising funds for improving and upgrading that area, subject to any exemptions or permissible differentiation between categories of property, as contemplated in section 22(1) of the Rates Act, read with sections 8(1) and 12(2) of the By-Law;
