A member state may be removed from ▇▇▇▇ membership by its Regional Compact if it ceases to abide by the requirements of ▇▇▇▇.
States apply for ▇▇▇▇ membership using a uniform ▇▇▇▇ application process through which a state will be required to demonstrate to its Regional Compact that it meets the standards established for participation in the interstate reciprocity agreement.
