Regional Broadcast definition

Regional Broadcast a Broadcast in one National Region of the BBC’s Domestic Services and (if desired by the BBC) simultaneously with such Broadcast in the World Service
Regional Broadcast means the broadcasting services transmitted to the minimum seventy percent of the total population of the provinces in a geographical region and to the provinces in a geographical region determined by the Supreme Council.
Regional Broadcast means the radio, television and data broadcasts that cover the landscape of at least three neighbor provinces and minimum 70 percent landscape of a geographical region.

  • In the event that the Network and Regional advertising, if broadcast in full in the Network program blocks and Regional Broadcast Windows of the Principal, would result in non-compliance with the advertising law requirements with regard to the advertising time limitations, the Network advertising time shall not be reduced and it is the time allocated to regional advertising that should be reduced.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that the total advertising volume broadcast in the Network program blocks and Regional Broadcast Windows of the Principal within the Territory may not exceed the limits established under Russian advertising law and that its calculation shall also include the Network advertising placed with the Principal that is not excludable from the Network program blocks.

  • Principal is not liable for failure to place advertising in Network Program Block or Regional Broadcast Windows through Agent’s fault.

  • However, Principal may not individually place Advertising in Network Program Blocks and Regional Broadcast Windows, apart from Cross-Promotion or Social Advertising placed at the cost of Principal.

  • If placement of Federal and Regional Advertising in full scope in Network Program Blocks and Regional Broadcast Windows may lead to violation of legislative requirements for scope of advertising, the scope of Federal Advertising shall remain fixed, and adjustment shall be made at the cost of the time allocated for Regional Advertising.

  • To facilitate Agent’s services of making Clients Agreements for placement of Regional Advertising within Network Program Blocks and Regional Broadcast Windows, Principal shall guarantee the following amounts of time allocated for placement of Regional Advertising: not more than ( ) minutes in an airing day (from to ), unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.

  • Irkutsk”, “TV Darial” (except for advertising placement in Network Program Blocks and Regional Broadcast Windows in Moscow and Moscow region) and Principal has no objections against such way/option of selling its services.
