Region Specific definition

Region Specific means assets, costs, revenue and investments associated with the provision of Below Rail Services not able to be Identified or Attributed to a specified Line Section, but able to be Identified or Attributed to a Geographic Region;
Region Specific means assets, costs, revenue and investments associated with the provision of Below Rail Services Identified or Attributed to a Geographic Region as described in Schedule A;

Examples of Region Specific in a sentence

  • Except as explicitly described in this Agreement or the Region Specific Provisions, this Agreement is binding and you may not cancel.

  • The Region Specific Terms form part of this Agreement and may be supplemented or amended.

  • You acknowledge that you have read and understand the provisions applicable to you in the Region Specific Provisions included in this Agreement.

  • The Region Specific Terms are set out in the Schedule to this Agreement and are additional terms which apply where the Services are provided in certain regions.

  • You acknowledge that you have read and understand the provisions applicable to you in the Region Specific Provisions attachment to this Agreement.

  • If any Region Specific Term is inconsistent with this Agreement, the relevant terms of the Region Specific Terms shall apply.
