Regasification definition

Regasification means the activities of (a) extraction of LNG from the storage tanks, (b) its pressurisation (c) its conversion from a liquid to a gaseous state, and (d) making it available for injection into the Grid at the Cavarzere Entry Point and "Regasify" and "Regasified" shall be construed accordingly. Regasification means any activity or process to regasify liquefied natural gas into natural gas at a regasification terminal or plant in Sarawak including, after regasification, the storing or delivering the gas through pipelines from the terminal or plant;

  • In addition, Operator has the right, in its sole discretion, to purchase any User’s Inventory remaining in the Terminal in respect of the final Cargo unloaded by the User at the Terminal at the end of the last Unloading and Regasification Slot.

  • To the extent that an Event of Force Majeure prevents a Party from performing its obligations in relation to any Unloading and Regasification Slot allocated to the User as set out in Schedule 1 (Allocated Unloading and Regasification Slots), the Parties shall be excused from performing their obligations relating to such Unloading and Regasification Slot.

  • With regard to minimum Gas Throughput Charges according to Clause 4.1.2, the difference between the actually delivered quantity and the minimum quantity pursuant to Clause 4.1.2 will be charged in pro rata shares referring to the respective part of the Unloading and Regasification Slot if the Unloading and Regasification Slot does not begin and end in the same month.

  • If the User does not make a notification to the Operator in accordance with this Clause 5.3.2, the User shall be deemed to have notified the Operator that it will not use such Unloading and Regasification Slot.

  • The User shall use reasonable endeavours to agree with the GPN Operator on Gas entry rights for the GPN that are necessary for the respective send-out profile of each Unloading and Regasification Slot allocated to the User.

  • The Operator shall provide the Services to the User in respect of all Unloading and Regasification Slots allocated to the User from 1 April 2024 until 31 December 2024, unless this Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with its terms (the “Term”).
