REG Yacht Code definition

REG Yacht Code means the Red Ensign Group Yacht Code (for Yacht’s carrying less than twelve (12) passengers) as applicable and as issued by the Red Ensign Group;

  • IT Act means the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under and shall include any statutory modification(s), amendment(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force;
