Refuse Receptacle definition
Refuse Receptacle means a container designed for containing refuse awaiting collection and disposal and is deemed animal proof.
Refuse Receptacle means any metal or plastic container for the disposal of refuse which shall be constructed to keep refuse from blowing or falling on the ground and keep animals from removing refuse from the container.
