Refuse Enterprise definition

Refuse Enterprise means the system owned or operated by the City for the collection, transportation, disposal and recycling of solid waste materials within the service area of the City, including solid waste storage containers, trucks and other vehicles used to transport solid waste, materials recovery facilities, sorting facilities, transfer station facilities, landfill sites, and any necessary.
