Refusal Date definition

Refusal Date has the meaning given that term in Section 5.13.5.1 hereof.
Refusal Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7 hereof.
Refusal Date means the earlier of (i) the date on which the Company receives a Refusal Notice or (ii) the date that is three months following the formation of a Loeb Exit Committee, if an Exit Transaction is not consummated on or prior to such date.
