Refurbishment work definition

Refurbishment work means maintenance, repair, replacement or renovation work carried out in respect of residential premises to return the residential premises to a reasonable condition (Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations (No. 2) 2021 Schedule 1 clause 22).
Refurbishment work means, in respect of a Unit, the work specified in Exhibit 2.1 under the following five categories which is to be conducted during or in preparation for a Refurbishment Outage on such Unit:

Refurbishment work means the refurbishment work to be undertaken by the OWNER during the STANDBY PERIOD as set out in Appendix 1 to Section IV Scope of Work of the CHARTERPARTY.
