Refrigerate definition

Refrigerate means temperature maintained thermostatically between 2 degrees and 8 degrees Celsius (36 degrees and 46 degrees Fahrenheit); and
Refrigerate or “REFRIGERATION” means to maintain SEAFOOD products or an enclosed area at a temperature that is above FREEZING and at or below 45 Fahrenheit;
Refrigerate means to, maintain a temperature of 4°C or lower, but does not include to freeze;
