Reflight definition

Reflight means a Replacement Launch under Paragraph 4.3 of Article 4 of this Agreement.
Reflight means (a) with respect to an Ariane 5 Launch Vehicle, a "Reflight" of the Satellite or (b) with respect to an Ariane 4 Launch Vehicle, a Replacement Launch of the Satellite that is ordered during the Request Period and that is paid for substantially by a "Relaunch Credit Option", as such terms are defined in the Launch Services Agreement.
Reflight means, only in the case when the previous Launch has been performed on an Ariane 5 Launch Vehicle, a Replacement Launch under Paragraph 4.5. of Article 4 of this Agreement.

Examples of Reflight in a sentence

  • The Replacement Launch, other than a Reflight, shall form the subject of a separate launch services agreement substantially in the form of this Agreement.

  • Any Reflight Launch Services provided in accordance with Section 8 are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the Launch Services provided in accordance to Section 2.1.

  • The Parties agree that the Reflight Launch Option is exercisable only in the event of a Launch Failure due to the Falcon launch vehicle.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if CUSTOMER is entitled to a Reflight, the replacement Satellite may differ from the DCI.

  • In the event of a Launch Failure, Contractor shall make reasonable efforts to perform the Launch contemplated by the Reflight Option (“Reflight Launch Services”) within a period beginning at (***) following receipt of Customer’s written request for the Reflight, which request must be provided to Contractor within (***) following determination of the Launch Failure.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Contractor shall furnish Customer (***) Launch Services and (***) Reflight Launch Services (***), if purchased by Customer, of the Payload from the Launch Site as contemplated herein and in Exhibit B (Statement of Work).

Reflight means a Replacement Launch under Paragraph 4.3.1.1 of ARTICLE 4 of this Agreement. * Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. Reflight Option means the option available to CUSTOMER for (i) a Reflight if the Launch Mission results in a Launch Failure, or (ii) a payment if the Launch Mission results in a Partial Failure, as determined under Sub-paragraph 4.3.1.1 of ARTICLE 4 to this Agreement subject to the conditions specified therein.
