Refinish definition

Refinish. The words refinish, means to restore finish to a like new condition or acceptable matching conditions and finish.
Refinish means apply a new finish to a surface or object. “Refurbish” shall mean to make neat and clean, or complete.

  • Recycling facility means equipment used by a trade or business solely for recycling:
