Refinery Complex means: with respect to: HollyFrontier El Dorado, El Dorado Logistics and El Dorado Operating the refinery complex owned by HollyFrontier El Dorado, commonly known as the El Dorado Refinery, and located in the City of El Dorado, Xxxxxx County, Kansas HollyFrontier Cheyenne and Cheyenne Logistics the refinery complex owned by HollyFrontier Cheyenne, commonly known as the Cheyenne Refinery, and located in the City of Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming HollyFrontier Tulsa and HEP Tulsa collectively, the refinery complex owned by HollyFrontier Tulsa commonly known as the East Tulsa Refinery, and located in the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and the refinery complex owned by HollyFrontier Tulsa commonly known as the West Tulsa Refinery, and located in the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma HollyFrontier Xxxxx Cross, HEP Xxxxx Cross and Xxxxx Cross Operating the refinery complex owned by HollyFrontier Xxxxx Cross, commonly known as the Xxxxx Cross Refinery, and located near the City of Xxxxx Cross, Xxxxx County, Utah HollyFrontier Navajo and HEP Pipeline the refinery complex owned by HollyFrontier Navajo, commonly known as the Navajo Refinery, and located near the City of Artesia, Eddy County, New Mexico
Refinery Complex means: with respect to: Refinery Complex: Frontier El Dorado and El Dorado Logistics or Frontier El Dorado and El Dorado Logistics the refinery complex owned by Frontier El Dorado, commonly known as the El Dorado Refinery, and located in the City of El Dorado, Xxxxxx County, Kansas Frontier Cheyenne and Cheyenne Logistics the refinery complex owned by Frontier Cheyenne, commonly known as the Cheyenne Refinery, and located in the City of Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming Xxxxx Tulsa and HEP Tulsa collectively, the refinery complex owned by Xxxxx Tulsa commonly known as the East Tulsa Refinery, and located in the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and the refinery complex owned by Xxxxx Tulsa commonly known as the West Tulsa Refinery, and located in the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma Xxxxx Xxxxx Cross and HEP Xxxxx Cross the refinery complex owned by Xxxxx Xxxxx Cross, commonly known as the Xxxxx Cross Refinery, and located near the City of Xxxxx Cross, Xxxxx County, Utah Navajo and HEP Pipeline (Artesia) the refinery complex owned by Navajo, commonly known as the Navajo Refinery, and located near the City of Artesia, Eddy County, New Mexico Navajo and HEP Pipeline (Lovington) the refinery complex owned by Navajo, commonly known as the Navajo Refinery, and located near the City of Lovington, Lea County, New Mexico
Refinery Complex shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Relevant Asset Owner and the Related Refinery Owner, in the event any such lien is filed against the Applicable Premises or Refinery Complex, the Relevant Asset Owner shall cause such lien to be discharged or bonded within 30 days of the date of filing thereof.

  • Each Relevant Asset Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to schedule the activities under such maintenance plan to minimize disruptions to the operations of the Related Refinery Owner at the Refinery Complex.

  • Pursuant to certain transactions identified on Exhibit B (the “Drop-Down Transactions”) HEP Operating acquired from each Applicable Refinery Owner the assets identified on Exhibit C (the “Applicable Assets”) which are located at each Refinery Complex.

Refinery Complex means the Refinery and the tanks, terminal and logistics and other related assets (other than the Contributed Assets) located at or on the property underlying the Refinery, as such Refinery may be expanded or otherwise modified from time to time.

Related to Refinery Complex

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • Program area means a general group of disciplines in which one or more degree programs,

  • Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation and other facilities and the Burswood Casino established or to be established on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2 but does not include, on and from the date specified in an order made under section 21F(1b) of the Control Act, any of the foregoing which are by the order excluded from the operation of this Agreement;
