Refineries definition

Refineries means each of the Refinery Complexes identified in the Master Lease and Access Agreement.
Refineries means the Tesoro Refineries located in Anacortes, Washington; Kenai, Alaska; Mandan, North Dakota; Salt Lake City, Utah; and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Los Angeles, California.
Refineries means, collectively, the Artesia Refinery, the Lovington Refinery and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Cross Refinery.

  • It is a specific condition of employment pursuant to this Agreement that during the period that this Agreement is in force, all parties undertake to ensure that all industrial grievances and disputes shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with Clause 10 Avoidance of Disputes Procedure of this Agreement and that at all times the Refineries Operations will not be compromised due to any unlawful strike, ban or limitation, or any other form of unlawful industrial action.

More Definitions of Refineries

Refineries means, collectively, the Bloomfield Refinery, the Ciniza Refinery, the El Paso Refinery and the Yorktown Refinery. The term “Refineries” and shall also include any refinery acquired by the Issuer or a Subsidiary after the Issue Date.
