Refineries definition

Refineries means each of the Refinery Complexes identified in the Master Lease and Access Agreement.

Refineries means the Tesoro Refineries located in Anacortes, Washington; Kenai, Alaska; Mandan, North Dakota; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Xxxxxxxx and Los Angeles, California.

Refineries means the Cheyenne Refinery and the El Dorado Refinery.

More Definitions of Refineries

Refineries means, collectively, the Bloomfield Refinery, the Gallup Refinery and the El Paso Refinery. The term “Refineries” shall also include any refinery acquired by the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower after the Closing Date. For purposes of Section ‎7.05(b) the term “Refinery” shall exclude terminals located on Refinery premises.

Refineries means the Customer’s refining facilities located at 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx and at 0000 Xxxx 000xx Xxxxxx xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx and “Refinery” means any one of them.
