Refinancing Term Amendment an amendment to this Agreement executed by each of (a) the Company, (b) the Borrower, (c) the Administrative Agent, (d) each Additional Refinancing Lender and (e) each Lender that agrees to provide any portion of Refinancing Term Loans in accordance with Section 2.28.
