  • On or before February 28, 2003, and on the last business day of each bi-weekly period thereafter, Borrower shall deliver to LIFO Agent a report, in form and detail satisfactory to the Required Banks, of its progress in obtaining the Refinancing (each a "Refinancing Report" and together with the Refinancing Package and the Commitment Letter, collectively, the "Refinancing Requirements").
