REFINANCING COORDINATION DEED means the document entitled Refinancing and Co- ordination Deed dated 17 June 2014 between, among others, the Borrower, the Agent and the Security Trustee.
REFINANCING COORDINATION DEED means the deed so entitled between the Borrower, UBS AG, UBS Australia Limited, the Facility Agent, the Security Trustee and others dated on or about the date of this deed.
