Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein or in any Operative Agreement, the provisions of this Section 6.01 may not be amended in any manner without the consent of each Class A Certificateholder, Class B Certificateholder, Class C Certificateholder, Additional Certificateholder or Refinancing Certificateholder (in each case, other than the Company or any of its Affiliates in its respective capacity as a Certificateholder) that would be adversely affected thereby.
