Referred Work definition

Referred Work means work relating to a project obtained from a client by the Company that the Company requests Clarant to assign to one of the Other Founding Companies and which assignment request is approved by ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (or an officer of Clarant designated by ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇) according to procedures established by Clarant.

Related to Referred Work

  • specified work means so much of any of the authorised development as is situated upon, across, under, over or within 15 metres of, or may in any way adversely affect, railway property.
